PREMISE OF CLASS
This Class of Fun, and Enlightenment, was created as a mind-opening, mind, body, energy, vibration and frequency, experience to enhance your wellbeing and enrich your life! This class brings new and exciting extraordinary energy to your ordinary routine classes.
Each class has new information, crystals, poses, and massage points, that will allow you to experience new things with other committed individuals in a safe, fun, educational, hands-on environment.
PRACTICE OR PLAYFUL, Your Choice
We will have a "Playful Side" of the studio for those who are beginners, or who are just here to enjoy the ride with their friends.
There will be a "Practice Side" of the studio for more advanced students, looking to deepen their practice. No matter your level, we embrace You, as You are, with no judgement!
Each class has new information, crystals, poses, and massage points, that will allow you to experience new things with other committed individuals in a safe, fun, educational and physical environment.
REBALANCING EXERCISES
Enjoy a unique variety of poses and exercises to assist you in rebalancing your body when you need it most. Tasks we do each day take a toll on your mind, body and spirit, seemingly mundane tasks like sitting at your desk, using your keyboard and mouse and especially texting. Those who spend alot of time on your phones are familar with an ache in your neck, nickamed "Text Neck". In addition to learning workarounds for your aches and pains, physical and spiritual, that many of us have. There are a variety of no equipment exercises that may bring you much needed relief you have been seeking.
CONTROLLED BREATHING
Proper breathing helps oxygenate your blood to fuel your cells, and to remove waste from your system. Learn proper breathing techniques, with some controlled breath work, to get the most of each and every class, and to utilize throughout your daily life. Some of the benefits of controlled breathing include: reduced levels of the stress hormone in blood, reduction of lactic acid build-up in muscle tissue, lowered blood pressure and more!
YOGA POSES
We start with warm up Yoga Poses so that you can add them to your regular fitness routines.
Each class will then be taught a new Couples Pose, and two individual poses, which you can also then practice together at home.
Bring your phone as we will take turns taking social media ready photos at the end of class of your newly learned poses.
MEDITIATION
We will have a group meditation to help learn proper meditation techniques you can utilize and incorporate in your daily routines.
BOX OF ROCKS
Each person will choose a rock or crystal that calls them from the box. They will receive a list of benefits associated with that rock or crystal. We will discuss the list of benefits, and promote everyone to carry the rock or crystal with them for a least a week to note any actual perceived benefits from the list, or any other benefits they may have realized. Creating our own observational study, so to speak.
CREATING ENERGY
Each person will sit in a lotus or similar comfortable pose facing their partner. They will creating circular rotations with their palms facing each other fingers spread wide. As they start rotating facing each other they will feel a magnetic like force between their hands and spread them further as they develop a larger and larger chi energy ball between them. You may find new abilities you did not know you had.
MASSAGE TOGETHER
Each person will have learned to massage one body part of their partner as instructed, and then switch and return the same massage to their partner. Reconnecting couples each class with new massage and pressure points, so you can utilize these techniques in your daily lives.
GET TOGETHER AND TAKE FUN PHOTOS
At the finish we have healthy snack options for everyone, which will include vegan options! Relax and meet new like minded people with similar interests. You may also utilize this time to take photos of the new yoga poses that you learned.

A REFRESHING NEW CLASS
Break out of boring and try our fun, informational class. These classes are geared to connect You with like-minded individuals, so you can get off the couch, away from the TV, away from work, and have some time without kids.
